أوردرمور (OrdrMoor) منصة تكنولوجيا بتقدّم منيو ديجيتال ونظام طلبات عن طريق الواتساب للمطاعم والكافيهات في مصر. المنصة متاحة على الموقع ordrmoor.com.

سياسة الخصوصية دي بتوضّح إزاي بنجمع بياناتك، وبنستخدمها، وبنحميها، لما تتواصل معانا أو تستخدم خدماتنا — سواء كنت صاحب مطعم أو كافيه بتفكر تشترك معانا، أو عميل بالفعل بيستخدم المنصة. باستخدامك للموقع أو تواصلك معانا، بتكون موافق على الممارسات الموضّحة في السياسة دي.

2. البيانات اللي بنجمعها

بنجمع البيانات دي بس لما تشاركها معانا أو تتفاعل مع خدماتنا:

• الاسم — اسمك أو اسم الشخص المسؤول عن المطعم/الكافيه.
• رقم التليفون — عشان نقدر نتواصل معاك بخصوص المنتج أو الخدمة.
• اسم المطعم أو الكافيه — عشان نجهّز المنيو والحساب بتاعك.
• بيانات نماذج ميتا (Meta Lead Ads) — لو سجّلت اهتمامك من خلال إعلان على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام، بنستلم البيانات اللي دخّلتها في النموذج (زي الاسم ورقم التليفون).
• رسائل الواتساب والإنستجرام — لو تواصلت معانا عن طريق رسائل واتساب أو الرسائل المباشرة (DM) على إنستجرام، بنحتفظ بمحتوى الرسائل وبيانات التواصل عشان نقدر نرد عليك ونتابع طلبك.

الأطراف دي بيتعاملوا مع البيانات في حدود تقديم الخدمة بس، وبيلتزموا بسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بيهم.

5. حماية البيانات

بنطبّق إجراءات أمان معقولة عشان نحمي بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرّح بيه أو الفقدان أو التعديل، زي الوصول المحدود للبيانات على أساس الحاجة، واستخدام مزوّدي استضافة موثوقين، والاتصالات المشفّرة (HTTPS). بس خليك عارف إن مافيش طريقة نقل أو تخزين بيانات على الإنترنت آمنة 100%، وبنعمل أقصى مجهود عشان نحافظ على بياناتك.
