1. مين بيقدّم الخدمة

أوردرمور (OrdrMoor) منتج من شركة Onlylink، وهي الكيان القانوني اللي بيشغّل الخدمة والموقع ده من مصر. باستخدامك للخدمة أو اشتراكك فيها بتوافق على الشروط دي.

2. الخدمة

أوردرمور خدمة برمجيات بالاشتراك للمطاعم والكافيهات: منيو ديجيتال، وطلبات أونلاين، ونظام كاشير (POS). ممكن نطوّر الخدمة أو نعدّل فيها مع الوقت.

3. حسابك

  • أنت المسؤول عن بيانات الدخول بتاعتك وعن أي نشاط بيحصل من حسابك.
  • لازم البيانات اللي بتدخّلها تكون صحيحة، وأنت المسؤول عن محتوى المنيو والأسعار اللي بتنشرها.

4. الاشتراك والدفع

  • الاشتراك بيتجدّد شهريًا أو كل ٣ شهور أو سنويًا، حسب الباقة اللي اخترتها، لحد ما تلغيه.
  • السعر المعروض وقت الاشتراك هو اللي بيتطبّق على الفترة دي.
  • الاسترداد والإلغاء والترقية والتخفيض مشروحين في سياسة الاسترداد.

5. الاستخدام المقبول

مينفعش تستخدم الخدمة في:

  • أي نشاط مخالف للقانون.
  • محاولة الوصول لحسابات أو بيانات مش بتاعتك، أو تعطيل الخدمة.
  • نشر محتوى مضلّل أو مسيء.

لو حصل ده، ممكن نوقف الحساب.

6. بياناتك

بياناتك وبيانات عملائك بنتعامل معاها حسب سياسة الخصوصية. المنيو والأصناف اللي بتدخّلها تفضل ملكك.

7. إتاحة الخدمة والمسؤولية

بنبذل مجهودنا إن الخدمة تفضل شغّالة، لكن مش بنضمن إنها هتشتغل من غير أي انقطاع. في الحدود اللي بيسمح بيها القانون، مسؤوليتنا عن أي خسارة مش بتزيد عن المبلغ اللي دفعته في آخر فترة اشتراك.

8. الإلغاء

تقدر تلغي اشتراكك في أي وقت، وبيتوقف التجديد الجاي. وإحنا ممكن نوقف أو نلغي حساب بيخالف الشروط دي.

9. القانون الواجب التطبيق

الشروط دي بتخضع للقانون المصري، والمحاكم المصرية هي المختصة بأي نزاع.

1. Who provides the service

OrdrMoor is a product of Onlylink, the legal entity that operates the service and this website from Egypt. By using or subscribing to the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

OrdrMoor is a subscription software service for restaurants and cafes: a digital menu, online ordering and a point-of-sale (POS) system. We may improve or change the service over time.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for your login details and for everything done from your account.
  • The information you enter must be accurate, and you are responsible for the menu content and prices you publish.

4. Subscription and payment

  • The subscription renews monthly, quarterly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
  • The price shown when you subscribe applies to that billing period.
  • Refunds, cancellation, upgrades and downgrades are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • do anything unlawful;
  • try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service;
  • publish misleading or abusive content.

If that happens, we may suspend the account.

6. Your data

Your data and your customers’ data are handled under our Privacy Policy. The menu and items you enter remain yours.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss is limited to the amount you paid in your latest subscription period.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time and the next renewal stops. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Contact
